Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit



Als „Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit (EMV)“ wird die Fähigkeit eines technischen Gerätes bezeichnet, andere Geräte nicht durch ungewollte elektrische oder elektromagnetische Effekte zu stören oder durch andere Geräte gestört zu werden.
Die Anforderungen an die Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit (EMV) von Geräten und Systemen mit integrierten Funktechnologien ist in der Europäischen Union und einer Vielzahl anderer Länder gesetzlich geregelt und je nach Land und Verwendungszweck durch unterschiedliche Grenzwerte zur Störfestigkeit oder zur Störaussendung des Gerätes oder Systems limitiert.
So umfassen die Prüfungen des akkreditierten EMV-Labors der IBL-Lab GmbH u.a. Konformitätsmessungen nach folgenden regulatorischen Anforderungen:
- EMV Richtlinie (EMCD 2014/30/EU)
- Radio Equipment Directive RED 2014/53/EU für Länder der Europäischen Union
- FCC Prüfungen für die USA nach Part 15 und Part 18
- Prüfungen für Kanada nach ISED Anforderungen
Das EMV-Labor der IBL-Lab GmbH wurde im Zeitraum Juli/August 2020 aufgebaut und unterstützt nach erfolgreicher Erweiterung des Anwendungsbereiches der DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 DAkkS-Akkreditierung im Dezember 2020 die Type-Approval-Projekte der IB-Lenhardt AG sowie die Projekte der KL-Certification in den Bereichen NB (Europa), TCB (USA), RCB (Japan) und FCB (Kanada).
