The Agence de Gestion des Fréquences Radioélectriques (AIGF) from Ivory Coast have paved the way for use of 76-77 GHz frequency band for vehicular radars.

In a letter from 7 Jun 2021, the AIGF informed the General Manager of ARTCI (Autorité De Régulation Des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d’Ivoire), that 76-77 GHz Radars for vehicles can be approved for use in the country. Basically the wish was to open the 76-81 GHz band for this application, but due to other applications in this field, the usage of vehicle anti-collision radar is limited to 76-77 GHz.
